How do I know my package will reach you safely and intact?
We insure all of our packages for a minimum of $5,000. If you feel you need more insurance please call us toll free 1-877-416-1308 and we will be happy to get you the appropriate coverage for your package.
How do I know if you received my item(s)?
The day we receive your package we will have your assigned representative call you within the hour and go over your offer and get payment to you within 24 hours.
How much will I get paid for my item(s)?
Many factors are taken into consideration when evaluating your gold. A few things we look at are purity and the fact that the price of gold changes almost daily. It is also important to check each link or clasp as some pieces may be a different purity and some may just be plated. An accurate weight and evaluation is key to provide you and your guests the quote. As soon as we receive your package we will call you to go over your package and what we can offer you so you don't have to wait.
What if I'm not happy with the amount I am offered?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our offer when we call we will send your items to you no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Our hope is even if you do not decide to take our offer that you will be impressed with the way you were treated and refer us to others.
How soon will I receive payment?
As soon as we agree on payment for your items we will issue a check and over night it to you.
If you would like we can arrange same day bank wires, and PayPals directly in to your account. Western Union, and MoneyGram are also available for your convenience.
How can you guarantee the security and accuracy of my valuables sent?

All of our employees must pass extensive back ground checks as well as be drug tested prior to employment. You are assigned to one of our professional jewelers who will be in charge of you and your package from the minute you request a gold stimulus kit until you receive payment from us. We believe if you have one person you are dealing with we can eliminate the problems associated with many people being involved. We also keep everything we receive on premises and under security cameras at all times. We have armed security check everyone who enters or leaves our facility even the president of our company because she believes no one is above abiding by our policies and procedures.
What happens if my shipment gets damaged, lost or delayed?
We have never had a package not reach us but in the unlikely event that it does we encourage you to purchase. additional insurance or call us and we will help you with this.
Do you have a local location I can visit to sell my valuables?
Unless you are in South Florida it will be hard for you to visit our offices but we do have representatives located in different regions of the country. If one is located near you we will be happy to have them meet with you locally. We currently have reps in South Florida, West Coast of Florida, Dallas Texas area, Minnesota, Philadelphia, and Ohio. If you are in South Florida near West Palm Beach please call us and we will be happy to set up a time to meet with you.
